HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

Shipping costs vary depending on the USPS shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. You can check the estimated shipping cost by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, entering your email address and shipping address. The exact shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed on the checkout page.

 

Shipping charges are also based on the size, weight and number of packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur a small shipping charge. Total shipping charges are listed on the checkout page.

 

Order deadline: 6:00 PM (GMT +01:00) Central European Time (Paris).

 

 

Shipping costs are free for each order shipped in France

 

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE HIS ORDER?

On average, processing time can take 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date of order.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

 

We do not accept shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

 

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?

 

We support shipping to P.O. Boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO military addresses.

 

 

WILL I BE CHARGED VAT?

 

 All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. Depending on the country, the parcel post may incur local customs or VAT charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policies.

 

WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

 

After finalizing payment for an order, you can adjust its information by contacting us via support@thebullocc.com within 12 hours. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to redirect it. Here are some alternative options:

 

- Once the package has been delivered to your regional post office, you can contact the post office directly to request that they redirect it to another address. Please note that this is at the discretion of the post office.

 

- If you need further assistance, please contact our customer service team - we'll be more than happy to help!

 

- When placing an order, please check your personal information (i.e. shipping address, phone number, email) carefully to avoid any problems or delays when receiving your order. Thank you for your time!
